Security Data Scientist PhD Internship (Summer 2020)
The PS-DART team is looking for PhD-level (or extraordinary Masters-level) interns for Summer 2019 to work on security data science projects.
As an intern on this team, you will focus on designing algorithms and ML models to identify malicious usage of Dropbox. You will get access to a unique data set of real-time events by 600+M Dropbox users and see the activity of actual hacker groups as it happens.

You will be responsible for your project and are encouraged to collaborate with full-time engineers to get it finished successfully. This internship is based out of San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
Completed at least 2 years of a CS or EE PhD program by Summer 2020
Interest/passion for security work
Strong data analysis skills, including complex SQL/Hive queries
Machine learning skills, with experience training and evaluating ML models
Basic programming skills (understand Python and make small changes)
