OneMain has over 10,000 team members on a variety of end user computer systems.  We are looking for a new member of the End User Computing (EUC) Engineering team who will be able to contribute across the board, but also be an expert with Windows OS. 

You will be part of the primary team to assist in managing mostly Windows OS based systems with PDQ and custom scripts to configure new or replacement devices and updates.  You will be directly involved in the design and creation of the company client workstations.

To be successful in this role you should have the following. 

• 2 year college degree, technical school degree, or equivalent work experience.

• Experience with client management software, enterprise environment, and Windows OS

• Powershell and VB script experience to automate tasks

• Working knowledge of networking

• Ability to excel at troubleshooting issues and finding solutions for business needs

• Ability to critically analyze issues and use judgment to make decisions

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills

• Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy to understand, non-technical manner

• Self-starter, energetic multi-tasker, highly motivated and team player

• Ability to engage with and establish trust and rapport with all levels of team members

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to stay in sync with EUC team

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties

• Will work on additional technical projects as needed
