The Communications & Marketing Intern will work with our Communications and Marketing Manager to enhance external messaging and communications. They will work on building communications documents, social media and fundraising campaign content, and outreach databases.
Primary Responsibilities
Virtual shows promotional support: research and curate social media posts
Grant and client engagement support: update Salesforce lists, research and build grants spreadsheet
End-of-year campaign support: data collection, content and photo bank creation
Audience growth and branding support: research and expand press list, content creation

Qualifications

Social media savvy, experience building social content
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Strong project management skills
Solid organizational skills, creativity, and flexibility
Sense of humor and commitment to Story District
Video editing experience (preferred)
Media relations experience (preferred)
