The Sales Intern’s core responsibility will consist of supporting functions essential to sales force productivity. These include planning, reporting and sales process optimization. This role will report directly to the Vice President of Sales.

PRIMARY MISSION, DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES

  • Creating and maintaining documentation on sales processes.
  • Assess, analyze and interpret Business Intelligence across prior years to current year results.
  • Competitive analysis.
  • Identifies opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Works with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data.
  • Proposal automation design and continuous improvement.
  • Review metrics for training ramp-up time to production for new hires (Days to production)
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated proficiency managing analytically rigorous initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and proposal automation tools
  • Follow a structured sales methodology
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with a friendly disposition
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Knows when and how to provide constructive feedback in real time.
