Marketing Internship


We are an award-winning firm with 3 locations in the southeast. Since 1995, we have provided our clients with first class service with a “client centered” approach. We believe in creating an environment for employees to excel, support civic programs as well as introducing young adults to science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) careers through various outreach activities such as CERM’s Shadowing Program. We feel this is an ideal organization to intern with as you will be exposed to a staff of over 100 professionals dedicated to empowering our clients, associates, and community partners.


We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Marketing Intern who wants to jumpstart their career and learn from marketing professionals. You will sit in with our marketing teams through each phase of copywriting, social media management, and graphic design. Under the supervision of a Senior Client Service Specialist, you build your skills in areas to include but not limited to project management, advertising campaign development, and industry/company analytics. Candidates must be at least a junior in college or a recent graduate and have flexible hours.


  • Copywriting
  • Social Media management: develop a comprehensive Social Media plan
  • Graphic design: Website updates, Advertising campaign development, and Digital Asset Management
  • Analytics: Facilitate a Competitive Analysis of the firm within our geographic market, develop a capability Matrix of all staff
  • Project Management
  • Customer Service: Client Relationship Management Software Implementation
  • Development of Standard Operating Procedures

Required Skills

Required Experience



  • College junior or senior or recent college graduate


  • Requires the ability to exert light physical effort including, but not limited to, lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling, etc. of objects and materials of light weight (generally 25 pounds and less)
  • May involve extended periods of time in seated position and at a keyboard or workstation
