Symphony Health, a PRA Health Sciences company is looking to place talented students in an exciting and fast paced summer internship program. With this internship, students will have the opportunity to gain invaluable exposure, hands on experience, and mentoring at a top five Clinical Research Organization.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Our Human Resources Intern will gain tremendous experience in the following areas:

Facilities - Assist with Facilities related tasks which could include interaction with landlord, assisting with maintenance requests, help prepare office space for meetings.

Immigration and Work Authorization Process - Learn the specific details that surround the immigration and work authorization process, all relevant documentation in support of the application process, working with external legal counsel, etc.

Human Resources Projects - work with various teams within Human Resources to gain diverse experience. Intern might also help to coordinate employee activities.

Additional Responsibilities might include:
Assists team members with the completion of project specific tasks
Communicates with both internal and external personnel as required
Attends meetings and other learning opportunities
Other tasks under the direction of PRA mentors
Prepares and maintains documentation, plans, reports, schedules, databases, spreadsheets, logs, etc. to
support functions.
Compiles and analyzes data and prepares reports.
Performs activities in clinical or bioanalytical studies/conduct.
Provides administrative assistance in the support of special projects.
May create and develop presentations.

Qualifications

Qualifications
  • 0 – 2 Years of related experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Rising 3rd and 4th year college students preferred (Human Resources or Pre-Law major preferred)
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Availability to work full time
  • Candidate must be located in Phoenix, AZ

  • Start Date: 01Jun or after
  • Pay Rate: $17/hour
