Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a governance model for the curation and deployment of sales content residing in a central portal
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional partners to document and catalog content
  • Act as liaison to content authors in support of continuous delivery of relevant content to a sales application
  • Support the migration of partner facing content to a central repository
  • Work cross functionally to support the build, deployment and tracking of all learning and communication assets and metrics on content, process, and tools

Required Qualifications:

  • Driven, analytical, creative problem solver
  • Proven record of accountability and quality execution, accomplished independently or collaboratively
  • Ability to relate to the audience with strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Insatiable curiosity and love of product technology
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student Strong interest in the intersection of sales and IT Demonstrates an ability to learn/adopt new office technologies

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Demonstrates excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Familiarity with Google suite, MS Office Suite, understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Familiarity with content production tools such as Camtasia
