Job Description

Technical Source is currently in search of a Support Coordinator for our Pharmaceutical Client located in the greater RTP area. The ideal candidate will work in the corporate Academy, where they will assist the manager with various projects such as, marketing materials, newsletters, corporate surveys and corporate training materials.

Responsibilities of the Support Coordinator include:

  • Assist management team in creating, updating, and implementing new training programs that will be utilized by over 14,000 employees
  • Develop marketing material for projects such as corporate newsletters and distribution of KPI reports to all corporate managers
  • Understand and utilize best practices for Project Management

Qualifications of the Support Coordinator include:

  • 1 year project management experience required
  • 3 years' IT experience
  • 3 years' Microsoft Office required (Microsoft Project a plus)
  • Any previous graphic design or website design experience a plus
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with other members on a common goal
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Compensation of the Support Coordinator includes:

  • $28-30/hr based on experience
