Job Description

The perfect candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, works independently, and loves the challenge of assessing incidents and applying solutions that provide superior technical support to our dynamic team. As a member of our SysOps team, you will work collaboratively with engineers acting as a first point of contact for IT help desk needs. This includes user management, mobile device provisioning and assistance, workstation imaging and maintenance, and userland troubleshooting and triage for network, operating system, and general computer use issues. This internship is available immediately with the opportunity for future growth.

Job Description

The perfect candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, works independently, and loves the challenge of assessing incidents and applying solutions that provide superior technical support to our dynamic team. As a member of our SysOps team, you will work collaboratively with engineers acting as a first point of contact for IT help desk needs. This includes user management, mobile device provisioning and assistance, workstation imaging and maintenance, and userland troubleshooting and triage for network, operating system, and general computer use issues.   • Act as first point of contact for internal users experiencing issues with systems and hardware
  • Assist employees with technical support for networking, operating system, and mobile devices
  • Manage and maintain users using MS Active Directory including onboarding and offboarding
  • Assist with IT Onboarding for new team members
  • Assist with managing IT hardware and software using inventory system and asset tagging
  • Provision and monitor access to internal and 3rd party systems
  • Assist with managing hardware annual refresh and recycling program
  • Provide online documentation tutorials and technical articles to minimize support needs
  • Assist Talent Team with desk moves and setting up new workstations
  • Create wiki documentation to assist users with common problems
  • Assist users with email/chat on phones

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience administrating Microsoft Windows Server OS
  • 2+ years of experience managing a Microsoft Active Directory environment
  • 2+ years of experience using and maintaining Microsoft Office
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Windows (any non-server OS, e.g. v7 - v10)
  • Experience with Apple OSX and Linux a plus
  • Healthcare and/or analytics experience a plus
  • Certifications (MSCA, A+, ITIL, etc.) a plus
