Job Summary:
  • In this role, you will be exposed to the following:
  • Whole Universe of Media Products of MediaKind which caters to end to end of Media Requirements of our customers
  • Interaction with Customers who face real time issues with Live systems both Hardware and Software
  • Assist & support customers on real scenarios
  • Manage Customer expectations and be an expert in managing customers globally
  • Logical thinking and troubleshooting mindset for Effective support
  • Working with Internal Technical teams and building the bridge between technical teams and customers.
  • View of End to end support processes.
  • Exposure to Industry best practices
  • Exposure to Vast experienced, technical customers and employees base
  • Exposure to technical and complex Media Systems
Basic Qualifications
  • In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress.
  • Current class standing of Junior or above
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with good grammar
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Operation Systems, MS Office applications
  • Highly proficient with computers
  • A team player with strong attention to detail
  • Someone who can work independently and takes pride in what they create
