Graphics & Throughput Computing Hardware Engineering (GTCHE) is responsible for delivering industry-leading GPU (3D, media, compute, and display) hardware intellectual property (IP) blocks and system-on-a-chip (SoC) products for discrete graphics and throughput computing. We strive to lead the industry through continuous innovation and world-class engineering. We work closely with partners across Intel and do not let any organizational boundary get in the way of solving problems. We are looking for an Graphics Simulator Software Intern to join our team who can work independently and multi-task effectively.

As an intern you will be responsible of the following:


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

Must be pursuing a Master’s in Electrical/ Computing Engineering or Computer Science.

3+ month of educational or work experience in the following:


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Availability 3+ months for the internship.

We are looking for an Graphics Simulator Software Intern to join our team who can work independently and multi-task effectively.

As an intern you will be responsible of the following:

  • Responsible for graphics simulator software development and validation.
  • Will work with the simulator framework team to clean up the build system, analyze and improve the performance of the software.


Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Skills & Qualifications:

Must be pursuing a Master’s in Electrical/ Computing Engineering or Computer Science.

3+ month of educational or work experience in the following:

  • Experience in C/C++, Cmake and 3D


Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Object-oriented design
  • Any experience with any of the following: OpenGL/Vulkan, simulator/graphics simulation/functional model/performance model.

Availability 3+ months for the internship.
