Support the day to day AACS Administration of Customer Support credit and collection functions
- Assist the Credit Managers with supporting tasks running statements, printing/scanning invoice copies for customers.
- Coordinating with Finance the application of cash and Credit applications, research old debt issues, etc.
- Assist with Services Orders Desk order administration (chasing PO's and down payments for new orders, entering new orders, recording intercompany invoices, issuing simple invoices, assisting with research of customer identified discrepancies, etc.)
- Other lesser skilled work that needs to be done such as running daily reports and chasing internal colleagues for responses to inquiries.
