Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a part-time (Tuesday - Thursday preferred) Content Marketing Intern. This is a paid internship, in addition, we will provide certification for college credit. This position is within the life sciences and healthcare industry, where we will take your core skills and experience and build some amazing projects together. Want to build your resume? RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tasks may include but are not limited to the following:

· Reporting to the Manager for Global Content Marketing, the Content Marketing Intern will create powerful messaging to strengthen our assets, industry awareness, and help tell the Worldwide story

§ Write and create content marketing assets under the direction of the Manager

- Write and edit blog posts, brochures, fact sheets, case studies, eBooks, landing pages, social media posts, etc.

- Edit first drafts from freelance writers, as assigned by the Manager

§ Coordinate production of content marketing assets

- Support Manager with content development, such as getting assets (eBooks, blogs, case studies, etc.) created and published

- Design experience and digital experience a plus

§ Support with daily marketing administrative tasks

§ Aid in any other relevant projects that emerge over the internship

· Perform other duties as assigned. The duties and responsibilities listed above are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.

REQUIREMENTS:

· College students (Juniors, Seniors and Graduate) strongly preferred.

· Educational concentration in writing, public relations, communications, or marketing required

· Strong writing skills (understands the use of tone, writing for customer personas, and grabbing the reader with strong headlines)

· Demonstrates knowledge and implementation of AP style guidelines

· Proven ability to take established materials and repurpose them into new, compelling pieces

BONUS EXPERIENCE

· Graphic design experience a plus: able to make edits to Photoshop and InDesign files in a pinch

· SEO / digital marketing and web knowledge

· WordPress experience a plus

DESIRED QUALITIES:

· Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple projects at once, and not lose track of the status of each

· Ability to work individually and take initiative on projects

· Creative problem-solver with great attention to detail

· Deadline-driven with a strong sense of priority and follow-through

· Demonstrate ownership on all assigned projects, and follow through on all phases of production

· Candidates must be able to collaborate on projects, take direction and manage workload in a timely manner

· Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment
