The elevator industry is constantly growing and we are looking for individuals to help ensure we capitalize on current market conditions while delivering the best customer experience. Our Interns are assigned progressively challenging projects that assist and support growth in our business from Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information/Digital Technology and Data Analytics. The projects assigned are related to core functions that are customer focused, result-oriented, and performance driven which will require teamwork, research and problem-solving skills.

As an Information Technology (IT) Intern, you’ll work closely with the team on execution of key Digital/Information Technology projects and controls initiatives supporting Otis North America. Key deliverable range from:

  • Identify the needs and wants of the stakeholders during the requirements elicitation process
  • Identify and create the High Level Business requirements of the business owners
  • Prepare Business Cases
  • Business analysis governance plan

This internship would be ideal for individuals interested in IT project management or IT business analytics.

These are full-time, paid summer internships, typically ranging from 10-12 weeks. Throughout your internship, we provide continuous training and performance feedback to ensure you build the necessary skills to succeed. Additional career opportunities are available upon conclusion of a successful internship, including placement into entry-level, professional roles within the organization.


We seek individuals pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably with a concentration in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.


We are looking for self-starters with strong analytical skills and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
