Organizational Change Management Intern

The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Intern at American Greetings provides an opportunity for students to gain real world experience in a corporate environment focused on Organizational Change Management (OCM). During the course of the internship, the intern will have the opportunity to contribute to and own meaningful deliverables and work in a global organization. Throughout the internship, the intern will receive both formal and informal performance feedback.

  • Interested in learning more about and working within the different work streams within OCM, including: training, development, communications, and stakeholder management.
  • Interested in learning new software tools, such as SAP Success Factors
  • Interested in leveraging classroom knowledge/best practices to make suggestions to the OCM practice

Experience Required:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations to support OCM activities
  • Strong customer focus and attention to detail
  • Ability to work within a team structure, build relationships, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Highly organized
  • Be self-motivated
  • Current GPA 3.0/4.0 or higher

Education Required:

Undergraduate (preferably rising sophomores and juniors) students in OCM, Organizational Development or Psychology programs
