Responsibilities

  • Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle to gain experience in requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing
  • Build and implement software solutions while learning best practices of software development, source control and architecture
  • Learn the secrets to writing highly maintainable code
  • Work alongside an experienced development team ready to mentor someone eager to start a career in software development

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be working toward, or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS) or related degree
  • A good understanding of software development fundamentals
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with C# or Java, Microsoft Sql Server, Object-Oriented Programming is preferred

Internship Details

  • Paid internship
  • 2020 Summer internship with flexibility around start and end dates
  • Working up to 40 hours per week during the summer
  • Casual dress code
  • Networking events with businesses and other interns from around the state
  • Technologies will include Microsoft.NET, Sql Server and HTML/Javascript
