Position Profile

A Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at ShipMonk will adopt the companies selling methodology and sales strategies. ISR’s will be able to present services to prospective clients in an easy-to-understand manner including software demos, on-site tours, and consulting calls. This individual will have the ability to understand our clients core objectives and challenges to assist them in a smooth transition. ShipMonk’s ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a hunger to work in a fast paced environment.


  • Bachelor's Degree in a business, marketing or related degree *Required
  • Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or distribution center setting preferred.
  • A positive attitude and professional behavior while advocating a team approach to the business
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
