We invite you to apply for our 2020 summer internship program. We have a full-time internship available beginning June 18, 2020 in our Department of Medical Informatics. This temporary internship position is scheduled for 10 weeks and is not to exceed 6 months. Graduate level internship work may include in-depth research projects and documentation; complex data analysis and graphs; writing and designing new collateral marketing materials; assisting with audits; developing and executing surveys for internal or external stakeholders; completing process improvement audits.

  • Help with research.
  • Review and present options with his/her recommendation for a project intake tool to ideally be used by our IT team members to track projects and other variables related to their work.
  • Roll out tool to other groups within the team and the team in general.
  • Be responsible for familiarizing, implementing and optimizing the tool once the team has chosen a solution.
  • Provide training to the group(s).
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • A graduate student of any age or background who has been accepted into or is currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH, MSW, etc.)
PAY RATE: $24.50/hr

All external hires are required to pass a pre-employment background screen.
