Come intern with our Developer Products Division group - CPDP we're one of the largest organizations at Intel that focuses on software development, including compilers, performance analyzers such as Vtune, threading libraries such as OpenMP and TBB, and HPC and machine learning middleware.
The team is looking for a Software Development Engineering Intern to help develop, test, and enable open source HPC middleware and low level communications software.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Developing tests
- Testing scripts, and integrate them into our continuous integration system.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 6 months experience with:
- Coding in C and python
- Open source development environment tools such as github

Experience using networking APIs and protocols such as tcp-ip sockets.
Experience using High Performance Computing middleware, such as MPI.
