Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, Information Science or related discipline

Create and execute test scenarios, scripts and data to validate requirements
Provide testing support while gaining end-user acceptance.
Support presentations and client meetings with senior government clients defining requirements and processes.
Supports process improvement and the application of IT best practices and project/program management discipline within the agency.
Supports the capture of business requirements and support change requests.
Maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrix.
Creating solution mockups - ie user interface screen layout.
Develop use cases while documenting discussions with teams and customers
Other projects and assignments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Relevant internship on Information technology projects including system integration or development
Excellent organization and communication skills.
3.5 GPA and above
Federal business process experience including budget, procurement, financial management and/or grants management
Certifications or training such as ITIL, Agile, CAPM
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle
Exposure to Oracle Software, Business intelligence Tools JIRA, RMsis, or similar products
