Intern Project:

The selected Intern will be given
a unique opportunity to showcase their skills with the following project. Problem statement: IT BIO Facilities has
several recharge agreements and leases payments. The difficulty is around the
timing schedule and the way actuals are booked on a monthly basis. This is a
great opportunity to document the current as-is process and provide a
recommendation on how to improve the process.

  • Document as is process

  • Gather historical data of
Recharges and Lease payments dating back to 2017 (3 years of data)
  • Identify the data against the
multiple recharge agreements and lease payments (ie create a chart/tracker)

  • Create a month over month and
Year over Year trend analysis

  • Provide a summary and
recommendation on process improvement
We are looking for an Intern who possess
the following skills and who has had exposure to excel and power point. The intern must have strong analytical
skills, research, and presentation skills

Essential Functions:

  • Contributing to a designated
project or initiative to meet a KP business objective.

  • Report development and analytics.

- Project management - planning, execution, and measurement.

  • Learning new applications needed to complete assignments or support the
execution of business objectives.

  • Job shadowing in other functional areas.

  • Performing additional duties as required

Basic Qualifications:
  • N/A
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree or have graduated with a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university within the last year.
License, Certification, Registration
  • N/A

Additional Requirements:
  • Aptitude to perform data and process analytics and formulating solutions
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3.0 GPA or above
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and experience producing high quality work in short periods of time.
