Business Customer Consultant for Microsoft Technology, Entry-Level/Intern

Engage with customers to provide Microsoft Dynamics AX, Cloud, CRM, and IOT solutions built on Microsoft and Mazik Global platform for HealthCare, Manufacturing and Education Sector. The job requires understanding and interpreting technical requirements; providing engaging information; developing accounts, communicating with customers and Technical resources here at Mazik Global and Partner companies on the prospective customer opportunity.

Job Duties:

  • Assess competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develop customer opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing Statement of Work.
  • Be the point of contact for customer via face to face meetings, telephone, fax, and e-mail verifying and entering information in CRM, Cloud, and ERP.
  • Work with Functional and Technical resources to finalize SOW (statement of work) for projects.
  • Manage accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features of Microsoft technologies and new platforms.
  • Maintain an online record of all customer communication via CRM
  • Maintain and improve quality results by following company policies, procedures and recommending improved policies and procedures.
  • Continue improving knowledge of the Healthcare, Education, and Manufacturing industries, ERP projects in those industries and stay up to date on industry research data
  • Meet and Exceed department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Coordinate with internal and external sales, marketing, and product teams

Note: Preferred but will train the right candidate who is a quick learner:
  • A good understanding of Microsoft ERP, CRM, Microsoft Azure Cloud and other related products.
  • Willingness to engage with technical and non-technical resources both internally and externally to understand requirements and prepare project implementation SOW.
  • Supporting and Training customers to ensure quality delivery of customer solutions.
  • Business Understanding of ERP, Building Relationships, People Skills, Customer Focus, Professionalism, Motivation to succeed.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a desire to learn and grow.


College Degree in any of these majors (Business, Sales, Marketing, Information Systems)


Preferred but not required.
