As a Workplace Productivity Intern in our Workplace Technology team, you will work as part of a global team with the goal of delivering world-class technology and exceptional customer
service to Atlassians everywhere. You will implement, advocate for and support Atlassian's
workplace technology footprint from application administration to collaboration solutions.
There’s a healthy dose of desktop support, so Apple troubleshooting experience would be a benefit.

We have a team of five supporting the office alongside our AtlasDesk, Engineering and Leadership team who we work with closely. As the champions for the end user, the team touches almost everything Workplace Technology does plus a lot, lot more.

More about you:

We love people with a healthy balance of technical ability and a passion for customer service. You research and play with new technologies in your spare time. You don't take things at face value because that's the way they are done, but rather seek to understand the reasons and then take steps to improve. You are tenacious in pursuit of understanding, getting to the bottom of an issue to prevent it from recurring, and help the team by documenting your journey and successes.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • A passion for customer service
  • An appetite to learn
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Some skills supporting macOS desktop environments
  • Performed basic tasks such as resetting passwords, resolving basic tickets, desk setups, etc.
  • Completing a Bachelors, Masters, or PhD program in Management Information Systems or other related technical field and graduating by June 2021
  • Experience with Excel, SaaS solutions and analyzing data and process maps
