Job Overview: The New York Football Giants are looking for a current college student or recent graduate to serve as an intern for our new Business Intelligence department. This position will assist the Business Intelligence department with day-to-day functions and needs around CRM, data, research and analysis.
This is a paid internship where you will be expected to work 20-35 hours per week over a 4 to 6 month period. Hours will primarily be Monday through Friday during normal business hours but could include some special events on evenings and/or weekends and any Giants home games (for Fall internships).
Responsibilities/Functions:
  • Assist with day to day activities relating to the Giants’ CRM system
  • Help distribute leads to sales departments and create lists for email campaigns
  • Perform research around current trends in analytics, pricing, sponsorship and other key business areas
  • Analyze data via Excel, Tableau and R as needed to support Giants initiatives
  • Data entry and data hygiene with the CRM system
  • Assist with user training and adoption sessions
  • Assist with lead generation, lead scoring, and evaluation of sales and marketing campaigns
  • Help create reports and presentations as needed
Required Qualifications:
  • Classroom experience in relevant topics such as statistics, technology, research and marketing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with some combination of Excel, Tableau, SQL and R
  • Experience working with a CRM and or Ticketing system is preferred.
  • Experience training users on a software program is beneficial.
  • Must be detailed oriented, organized, and a quick learner.
  • Possess a strong ability to manage one’s own time and prioritize tasks when given clearly defined goals and objectives
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical subject matter to colleagues.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion when privy to sensitive information
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage their own individual projects
  • Presents self in professional manner and has the ability to interact with all levels of organization and outside contacts.
  • Dependability – consistently at work on time, follows instructions, & responds to instructions.
  • Ability to multi-task when needed.
  • Ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends and company events as needed.
