Quality Assurance Internship

Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Intern to join our Research & Development Quality Assurance (RDQA) department located at our North Brunswick, NJ facility. As an Intern, you will, develop presentations for refresher trainings in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and create corresponding learning assessments. You will also assist in the development, rollout and training of tracking tools for Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop training materials for refresher trainings in GMP, GLP and GCP
  • Create corresponding learning assessments training presentations.
  • Assist in the development and roll-out KPI tracking tool(s)
  • Train key users on the new KPI tracking tool(s)

Must be an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Professional Student in good academic standing.
Must have completed 12 credit hours within a related major and/or other related coursework.
Overall, cumulative GPA (from last completed quarter) must be at least 3.000 (on 4.0 scale) or better (No rounding up).
Major must be related to the field of internship.

Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities:
  • Experience in the preparation of training materials (i.e. slides, posters, pamphlets)
  • Experience in the use of MS office tools (i.e. Power Point, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Must be able to communicate in a diverse environment
  • Experience in training or adult leaning is a plus
Eligibility Requirements:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
Must be 18 years of age or older
