Job Description:
CloudKeyz is looking for an entry level B2B Cold Calling Sales Executive. This is not an easy job. It’s redundant and comes with plenty of rejection. Please read the entire ad before you apply. Your role will be to cold call 100 B2B sales leads per-day to generate new business opportunities with some of the nations best commercial real estate developers, property managers, corporate franchise executives, architects and channel sales partners. We have aggressive growth targets, therefore we are seeking someone who; LOVES to cold call. The position is an independent contractor with a competitive base pay plus a generous cash bonuses.

About You:

  • You LOVE cold-calling (Estimated 100 outbound sales calls per-day)
  • You have experience calling business executive professionals
  • You embrace rejection and don’t take it personal
  • The ability to speak confidently with upper level executives
  • Experience in a related field preferred: access control, SaaS, security/cctv, computers, copiers and printers, etc.
  • Desire to dive headfirst into a tech startup environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial minded, passionate and curious
  • You’re a great writer, speaker, and listener
  • You love to give sales presentations to business professionals
  • You’re flexible and quickly adapt to change
  • You’re the master of email communications
  • Have your own transportation with a clean driving record
  • Determined and persistent, honest and transparent, creative and curious.

Job Functions:
The successful candidate will cold call 100 prospective clients each day in these key markets; commercial property owners, commercial real estate developers, corporate franchise, HOA communities, architects, property management companies, apartments, and new construction

of multi-family developments. You’ll build rapport with the gatekeepers
(receptionists/secretaries) and determine who the decision maker is. Introduce our products to the decision makers and schedule product presentations. Expect to make lots of calls, meticulously update our database, follow up with clients, follow through, send emails and snail mail marketing materials. You’ll communicate and work directly with the CEO. Must have the ability to speak confidently with upper level executives.
