Looking for Marketing and Public Relations Interns

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION Marketing and Communications intern will develop and implement creative marketing campaigns including advertising, and social media. This includes the creation of a monthly e-news, press releases, updating online calendars and other duties related to program activities during the internship.

Marketing and Communications interns will work closely with social media founders to collaboratively market and promote our STEM e-Learning classes and courses. Interns must be comfortable with working independently and taking initiative in a specific task. Examples of this might be contacting media outlets for an interview through phone, online and personal contact. Tasks may vary day-to-day and will vary depending upon the time of year. Interns must be comfortable with advertising (print, radio and online) and understand the use of mainstream social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat). Public Relations Intern will work with other marketing team members to collaborate on marketing content.
