We are looking for a Human Resource Intern to work at Healthcare Management Resources in Eagan. This position will start as a temporary intern/assistant position but has the possibility to become a permanent position at the end of the term.

The appropriate candidate will perform the following:
Updating our internal databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms

Gather payroll data: time off, working hours and bank accounts

Screen resumes and application forms

Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

Conduct initial phone interviews

Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks

Address employee queries about benefits (like number of remaining vacation days)

Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies

Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts

Provide great Customer Service

Make a substantial amount of outgoing phone calls

Additional Requirements:
Experience as a staff assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus

Familiarity with HRIS, ATS and resume databases

Experience with MS Office

Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

Basic knowledge of labor legislation

Staffing/recruiting experience is preferred but not required

Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Able to multitask in an extremely busy environment

Communicate effectively with talent prospects and clients

Able to work in a fast paced, sometimes stressful environment

Ability to work well in a team environment, as well as independently

Ability to sell the position to potential candidates

Ability to determine fit in a particular clinic by vetting candidates during the initial communication process
