Marketing Internship

The Internship will begin on June 1, 2020 and will end on August 14, 2020. Interns are scheduled to work 40 hours per week. Schedules will vary weekly, based upon business needs.

Essential Skills

  • Begin your leadership journey with us by learning to collaborate effectively, developing yourself for future growth, finding your purpose, embracing change, and excelling for our customer
  • Participate in an 11-week Internship Program focused on the core responsibilities of working with marketing leadership of brand marketing, regional marketing, community, and public relations in execution of brand image, community outreach, and giving strategies
  • Participate in various developmental activities associated with the Internship Program
  • Complete a final group project presentation that will focus on addressing current needs within the business
  • Assist team with grand opening and community events as needed
  • Analyze and evaluate minor league sponsorship execution; provide feedback and recommendations in one complete document and present to brand leadership
  • Assist team with college marketing strategy and execution for 2020/2021 school year
  • Develop a regional marketing plan for a specific set of stores and present to brand marketing leadership
  • Assist public and community relations and other marketing team members on special projects as needed
Minimum Requirements:
  • Student in good standing at a two or four-year college or university, having completed sophomore level or above at time of the internship
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred
  • Communications, marketing, or public relations students preferred
