Specific Responsibilities

As one of the world’s leading lifestyle brand collectives, we design, produce and build brands of distinction. With remarkably targeted sales and marketing strategies, we provide category expertise, ensuring comprehensive product excellence.
Some of the brands within our Men’s and Women’s, Accessories, and Kid’s and Character Division include: Herve Leger, Hudson Jeans, Joe’s Jeans, Robert Graham, BCBG, All Saints, Frye, Kate Spade, Michael Kors Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour, Zac Zac Posen, Disney, Fortnite

  • Upkeep and improvement of current listings across major ecommerce platform (Amazon)
  • Assign appropriate images to each product listing
  • Opportunity to contribute to content writing efforts (including brainstorming, writing and proofreading)
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any customer complaints
  • Support management and implementation of key end to end e-commerce processes of merchandising, marketing and operations
  • Performing competitor research, keyword optimization, SEO, PPC
  • Track results/ analyze data/ find solutions

Skills and Requirements

  • Passionate about e-commerce, digital marketing, and delivering a sensational customer experience
  • Highly self-motivated with a curiosity to learn, flexibility, and a can- do- attitude to work autonomously as well as team player.
  • Ability to multi-task with flawless attention to detail
  • You carefully check all your work
  • Must be proficient in Excel
