We are currently seeking a team of dynamic, goal oriented and aggressive Entry-Level Sales Associates with a desire for success as part of our solutions sale’s strategy. Position Summary

We are currently seeking dynamic, goal oriented and aggressive Entry-Level Sales Associates with a desire for success as part of our sales strategy. These positions will initially operate out of our Port Washington, NY Headquarters with eventual territory assignment in the New York Metropolitan Area. All individuals will receive extensive training, mentoring and participate in all sales activities. They will have ability to learn from industry leaders and work with senior sales professionals to learn the necessary skills and strategies for successful IT sales in today’s Cloud Ready environment. The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking sales organization with a proven track record of IT technology and solutions sales. Representatives will grow not only professionally but personally as well. Ultimately each successful candidate will be responsible for achieving individual IT sales goals by.   • Participate in all required Agilant and OEM sales training and certification requirements
  • Complete all required technology and sales strategy training programs
  • Attend regular technology solutions knowledge meetings with senior staff and OEMs
  • Participate in all telemarketing, forecasting and pipeline sales training sessions
  • Understand the difference between transactional and solutions-based sales model
  • Develop new technology, solutions, and services pitches and selling points
  • Ensure that the CRM is regularly updated, is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers
  • Work with management to institute processes and procedures that drive individual sales
  • Meet and/or exceed individual performance metrics as outlined by management
  • Demonstrate strong people and business leadership skills

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4-year college degree - computer science or business management degree is preferred
  • Self-starter and driven to success, with an entrepreneur mentality
  • Outstanding skills in sales operations, planning and personnel management
  • Display successful track record of achievement with commercial and public sector sales
  • Highly competitive and self-motivated with the ability to deliver results quickly
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast paced and constantly changing environment
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), presentation and executive presence skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong customer presentation skills
  • Team player
