Specific Responsibilities

Some of the brands within our Men’s and Women’s, Accessories, and Kid’s and Character Division include: Herve Leger, Hudson Jeans, Joe’s Jeans, Robert Graham, BCBG, All Saints, Frye, Kate Spade, Michael Kors Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour, Zac Zac Posen, Disney, Fortnite

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the Sales Team with daily tasks associated with current accounts
  • Run relevant weekly reports to help analyze and manage business
  • Help manage account orders & confirm POs have been received
  • Review inventory opportunities and run ATS to send to accounts
  • When relevant, communicate with Buying team
  • Enter data into SAP/AS400/ATS and ensure the integrity of the information; this includes account orders, style information, pricing models, etc.
  • Assist Sales team in preparing for accrobount meetings and market appointments.
  • Help prepare agendas, CADs & catalogues, and appropriate materials for meetings
  • Set-up showroom with Design/Merchandising team with seasonal samples
  • Manage sample process – both internally and for accounts
  • Maintain tracking tool for account buys and samples to be ordered & photographed for e-commerce and marketing needs
  • Maintain showrooms and sample closets
  • Opportunity to work in tandem with Sales, Planning, Merchandise, Design & Production
  • Provide general support duties as needed

Skills and Requirements

  • Ability to work in NYC for the full 10-week program from June 1st to August 1st
  • Demonstrated interest in the fashion industry through prior internship experiences, course selections, or extracurricular activities
  • Team player with the ability to handle a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong problem solving, and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task
  • Proficient with the following programs: Microsoft Word, Outlook, PLM, and Excel
  • Strong presentation skills
