We are seeking a highly motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented individual with a genuine interest in project management; a self-starter who is willing to go above and beyond with a strong work ethic and excellent writing skills.
Daily duties will vary but may include/are not limited to: assisting with securing necessary information for proposals, working with GMs at Delaware North units or other corporate departments, assisting with writing sections of proposals, research, working with the design department for upcoming presentations, populating databases such as Saleforce and Digital Asset Management.
Assist the broader team in ad hoc projects
Involved in brainstorming, incubation exercises, and bringing outside perspective on potential adjacent and net new opportunities for the enterprise.
Strengthening of Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
Strengthening of writing and presentation skills
Understanding the structure and process of opportunity vetting and responding to RFPs
Learn to manage and adapt to changing priorities
High level understanding of project management
Pursuing a Degree (e.g., Bachelor’s/Master’s candidate): current junior or senior with at least 1 semester remaining, 1st year MBA or current MBA with at least 1 semester remaining
Area of Study(s): Business, Marketing or Communications
Software/Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint or Keynote on Mac
Excellent writing skills
Other Skills or Experience: Self-starter that is willing to go above and beyond with a strong work-ethic. Ability to collaborate with multiple sources daily, and strong communication skills. Detail oriented.
Creativity and problem-solving skills are key as associate may be given tasks with limited instructions. Ideally some prior business experience.
